PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Like 2 Party is an exciting single by Cal Strange, a combination of electro and urban influences. After being approached by record label and artist I saw the opportunity to make a music video in central London capable of combining various dance styles on a big beat. We started searching among several dancers. We were looking for unique and unconventional dancers. When you watch the video you will notice a wide range of styles including B-boying, funk, pop, bebop, belly dance, liquid, robot, flexing, interpretive dance, acro dance. Twelve dancers performed surrounded by London’s most famous landmarks.
Principal photography went on for a couple of months, mainly because of location problems and weather conditions. In fact, many times locations were so packed that we couldn’t even start filming.
